Typhoon Tuesday

Apparently, Typhoon is hitting the Tokyo area. We don't have to hide ourselves and go underground like people do in Kansas for tornados. For some reason, most typhoons hit the Tokyo area when I am on my way to work/home. As I didn't have any plan tonight, I went to the gym and worked out and swom. I should've come straight back home from work. I knew that the Typhoon would hit the Tokyo area toda when I listened to the weather forcast this moring. But I guess I didn't pay attention to it enough. I should've taken extra caution today. It doesn't matter whether you put up an umbrella or not. You get so wet in a bad way anyway. A waterproof coat would be nice but it would be too humid to wear it in summer. My home is about 5 - 10 min walk from the closest station. I walked while it was raining buckets. I so got wet....down there. The problem was that I was wearing a white cotton pants. Because they were drenched to the skin,They were virtually see-through. If my undies were white or something similar, I wouldn't have had any problem. But I was wearing a pair of blue briefs. My briefs were very visible outside. I was so embarrassed by it. I hope anyone whom I know didn't see me walk by. Tips for today. Don't wear anything white when the typhoon comes unless you are a flasher. On the bright side, after this typhoon, there will be no clouds at all. Clear sky, sunny day!! It will be a beautiful hot day tomorrow! I am looking forward to it. I can't wait. (^_^)V

Mmmm... Am I right to assume the moral of the story is not to wear underwear but only white cotton pants during typhoon season? It would surely make the gloomy weather more enjoyable.
