So I have not blogged recently but I am not going to explain why because you know me. I cannot keep it up :) Anyway, I am here in where everything is frozen to death, aka, Montreal, Canada. I just came here for a quick weekend trip. As you may know, French is primarily spoken on this side of the country while English is primarily spoken on the other side. This is why Canada's official languages are English and French. Although French is totally spoken here, you do not have to feel guilty for you not being able to speak French at all as people switch it from French to English for you. However, coming from an island country where Japanese is only spoken, this is totally weird... I should say interesting but weird. I went to get boozed at a homo bar tonight and it is like everybody speaks in French unless they figure out that you are visitors. Anyway, it is very nice to be here for the very first time even though it is deadly freezing. Okay, end of my little update from the country of Maple Leaf. :) Ciao!

I believe I am going to blog about this travel more when I go home. Anyway, I am near "Paris" I actually came here last month but came back here again for some particular purpose I needed to do. :) BTW, I was a good shooter at the craps table last night and this rich guy from the same table gave me a $100 chip to appreciate me. Wow, I thought that would only happen in a TV show. I am happy :) I am now at the airport and heading off to another place to meet friends and all. I think it is great to have friends at the destination when you travel solo. anyway, I am not really sure what I am talking about here as I am slow, on vacation, and drunk :) I wish you all a very happy weekend! Ciao.

So let me share some things (mostly travel) I have done during my blogging hiatus.
- I went to Berlin for the very first time in 17 years.
During my days inWestGermany, I wasn't happy so I tried to stay away from Germany but I went to Berlin and Brandeburg Gate without wall covering the bottom part of it. It was really interesting.1st photo from left. - I saw pyramids
I am interested in Islamic culture and architecture recently. So my main purpose to go to Egypt last summer was to see those Islamic Temples. But since I was in Cairo, I thought I'd see the Pyramids. Um.... I am sure these are awesome and I thought it was really great. But the whole wonderful experience was ruined by those people who tried to rip me off. Personally, I didn't appreciate these local people. It doesn't mean I hate them. I just didn't like my travle there. Angkor Wat was more breathtaking for me. 2nd photo from left. - I climbed up to the highest place in Japan.
The highest point in Japan is Mt. Fuji. 3776 Meters/12388 feet. Climbing mountains is now a very popular activity here in Japan. I was totally afraid of going up there due to possible high altitude sickness. But I didn't get it and I was able to make it to the top. I actually went there with someone I got to know from this blog :) 3rd photo from left. = the sunrise at the summit. 4th photo from left. = Us being able to get back to the 5th stage. - I got drunk a lot in Munich again
I went to Oktoberfest in Munich again. It was the 200th anniversary. It wasn't that much different from what I experienced last year but it was awesome. I was suggested to wear something traditional as those Bayern people wear their local traditional clothes. So I packed my Yukata (It's like kimono like summer clothing) and wore to Oktoberfest. I did get so much attention and it was embarrassing as I was the only one who wore things like a Samurai. But it was good. I guess I am going to wear a Yukata once again outside of Japan when an occasion arrises. It's a great thing to start a conversation with strangers :) The last photo from left. - I left my one week old camera in a taxi in London in July
During my European trip in July, I left my camera in a taxi. It was one week old as I just bought a new one to capture the pyramids beautifully.. Thanksfully, I copied all the images I took in Egypt but lost pictures taken in Barcelona and London :( I was so blue. - I left my one month old camera in a taxi in NYC last month
To capture the beautiful sunrise at the summit of Mt. Fuji, I bought another good camera. Next month during my trip in the States, I lost my camera in a taxi in NYC.... The devastating thing was I did actually check if I had left anything behind before getting off. But obviously, I left it in a taxi...I thought I learned. I didn't bring my computer so all the pictures I took including beautiful Monument Valley are now gone.. Yes, I am the dumbest person :) - I am sticking with an old camera for now obviously....
- I was proposed by this girl last month while I didn't do any "intimate" things with her
um... I really don't wanna talk about it but it happened. I didn't pretend to be straight btw. Let's just say she is seeing a therapist now.yeah, mental
Long time no see :) haha. Here's a little update from the last month new year trip :) Happy day!
It was a different trip and I want to go back there again next year as well! Happy Weekend!

I had wanted to come here for a long time but could not because there were things. Anyway, this is not the first time to be here in this country for me because I have come to this country several times for business. However, my work strictly prohibits going out and the policy tells me to stick with the hotel food, I was not exposed to the local culture during the biz trip. However, right now, I am on my own. I deal with local people. I am not sure if I can explain this right in English since my English is bad (and, yes, I still use this "I have not used English on a daily basis" card) Anyway, I got here to my dream vacation destination this afternoon and I am enjoying it. The weather is beautiful and my driver is very friendly and nice. The hotel staff treats me nicely with the usual nice Asian attentive services. But this country is still on the difficult side in the world. Whenever I am about to buy a bottle of water in front of the touristy spot, many, i mean more than ten different street vendors, try to get my attention. It was like selling a $1 water bottle is the life and death competition. There is a child free clinic and in front of it, I saw more than 500 people in line to wait for their turns. (Will they all get the necessary medical attention by the end of today?). Children try to get tourists' attention to get them buy some things. On the other hand, in the same place, in the same city, I am typing this on a newly bought mini computer in the huge spacious suite room at this 5 star hotel. I am a tourist so I enjoy good food and nice safe water in the same city while there are people who are not lucky enough to get everything they need. I have mix feelings about this. Do I feel guilty? hmm.. maybe. maybe not.... However, one thing I can clearly say here is that it totally made me realize that I was missing how great my life was even though I seem to complain about things from time to time. It did not even cross my mind that I should appreciate what I have and what I can get. I thought that was normal until very this afternoon. Yes, I sometimes think something like that when I watch a documentary for Africa or something on TV but this is me witnessing the real things with my naked eyes. I am thankful I can enjoy my vacation like this and I should appreciate it more. However, I am not going to think about this all day long during my visit. I will not think they are unfortunate, either. That would be too cheap for me to be pity like that. I still see smile on their faces. :) I will enjoy my vacation here in this city. And I will upload my photos when I return. (the internet and cell phone systems are unstable here...) anyway, I hope what I wanted to mention came out right. Yes, this vacation is more than what I expected. in different ways :) anyway... Have a wonderful weekend!!!
Happy Hump Day!
So this is the second part from the European vacation I had last month :)
BTW, if you want your website listed on my site, please e-mail me. Sorry. I didn't backup the list of the links since I was in a hurry to fix this website last month :( Thanks! Have a great week!

Oh wow, so I guess I abandoned my blog again for awhile. I thought I was going to update it when I was on the road but I was too occupied :) Anyway, I had a two week vacation last month and I went to Europe. Here's the first part of my trip. I actually lived in this country years ago but I didn't have any good memories so I kinda avoided this country and didn't really come to this place but since I had one event I wanted to attend, I did. Before last month, this country to me was one of the very bitter memories in my life but my fantastic weekend changed it :) It was very fun! Anyway, here are some photos from that weekend. I hope you get some idea of what I did :) haha. I will upload some other photos from this trip last month! Stay tuned!if this thing still gets visitors..hahaha

I have not been blogging lately. I have started to wonder what to blog about and if I could continue. Is this like talking to myself every once in a while? It's kinda weird :) I haven't really come to the conclusion yet. But I thought I'd post something today for the first time in a very long while. I was finally able to order a paper made observant shade thingy as the total solar eclipse is expected in the southern region of Asia. Unfortunately, Tokyo is north but we will get 3/4 partial solar eclipse. The observant shades were getting scarce here in Japan but I was able to order them today! yay. The only thing I wish now is it will be clear and fine in Tokyo next week even though it's still in the middle of the rainy season! :) another by the way, I am spending an extended weekend somewhere else from
