Yes. I started trying to quit fags again. I am not sure how long it will last. Hopefully, permanently. Whenever I have coffee, which is one of other vices I have, smoking has to come with it. I smoked the last cigarette last night right before I hit the sack. I put this on this morning after taking a shower. So far, I have a feeling I wanna smoke a little bit but nothing major. I flew from New Orleans to Seattle. Now, I am in the mecca of Coffee, Seattle. Hopefully, I won't start smoking any time soon. Wish me luck!
