You gotta stop teasing us with that hunky surfer between slide 15 and 16 ^_^
I love ajisai and omatsuri. I think ajisai is Kobe's city flower (or maybe it is Hyogo Prefecture's). Thankfully this rainy season has not yet gotten oppressively humid. I didn't know you helped carry omikoshi last weekend...good for you! SOOOOO heavy! I participated in Tenjin Matsuri in Matsue back in '93 and I was so pissed off that the other women didn't seem to be carrying their share of the weight!!!!!

Thanks for sharing the Japanese festival with us..I will try to plan in a trip that coincide with some festival to soak in the festive atmosphere next time..I think carrying the portable shrine requires much stamina. Good job!
Have a nice day

Thanks! Yay for cute priests. But do they have to be celibate?

Hi Vuboq,
Surprisingly, it's not steamy or hot at all here in Tokyo. It is supposed to be by now but nope :) Have a wonderful new week!
HI GaijinGirl,
hahaha. bad coding. sorry. That's so nice. Because Tokyo's city thingy is Ginko. It's pretty in autumn but it's smelly.... Thta's right. Surprisingly, it's not humid at all yet so I can dress nicely when I have to work in store this weekend :) Have a wonderful new week!
Hi Sgx,
it's my pleasure :) Yeah, you totally should. The biggest Tokyo festival is "sanja matsuri" which was held also in early June. Lots of hunky guys... Have a wonderful new week!
Hi TigerYogiji,
hehehe.. you're welcome very much. I see a lot of foreigners living in Japan blogging about Japan so this is not a new thing but I am Japanese so I will blog something they cannot even if they are in Tokyo :) hehe. Have a wonderful new week!
Hi T.Kevin,
They do not have to be celibate at all "Unfortunately". So they are not fully sexually charged like you might dream... Have a wonderful new week!
