If you cannot read the thing, please click this to enlarge it :)
BTW, for those living in the States (sorry. no other countries...), I still have some codes for our company's invitation sales. Since it's too late to send them via postal mail, it has to be online. If you shop online, you will get 30% discount on all items for all the three brands we carry:) If you are interested, please e-mail me. 5% of your purchase will be donated to non-profit organization like WWF :) 1st come 1st serve basis. Thanks. Good day!

Sorry to hear about your laptop. It seems like it's only when we lose things (or things break) that we realize how much we depend on them!

Oh, no, Shigeki! I didn't realize a bellboy dropped your bag! You should definitely file a claim with the hotel. They have insurance for that type of thing, or at the very least, they can comp you a room the next time you are in Hong Kong. It doesn't hurt to ask.
We get claims all the time, and I think some of them are trumped up because they know the hotel would rather do what it can to placate the customer than to have bad PR.

I agree with Jeff about filing the claim. They should compensate you for something!!!
P.S. I received your letter yesterday!! Thank you!! :)

Hi Shigeki, bummer about your computer. Clumsy porter. But now you can buy a sparkly new one!

That's discrimination! Why can't anyone else get them? You are obsessed with America! See a doctor about that.

Hi Jeff,
Yeah, bad things happen from time to time. That's true that we don't realize how important/essential things are until they are gone. Anyway, have a fantastic weekend!
Hi GaijinGirl,
I should have checked if my computer was alright right after he dropped my bag but I didn't. :-( So it's part of my fault. I should have done that from next time. have a fantastic weekend!
Hi TigerYogiji,
I should have done that but then it's too late now, is what I think. I am glad you received my letter. enjoy! have a fantastic weekend!
HI TK,
Yeah, I am very sad but I can move on. I am going to build that thing later this month for a replacement :) have a fantastic weekend!
Hi J-L,
Well, if you think that's discrimination, please tell it to the american company I work for but if there was an offer in your country, France, there is a very slim chance you could get offers from me if you keep that way.have a fantastic weekend!
