I am looking up. yeah.

Fri, 27 February 2009

So this is me on my lunch break after having chicken rice wondering how tall my favorite building in this city(The center behind me, gray-ish one. That's HSBC bank, I think) is. Yes, I flew here to Hong Kong last night. The funny thing is that today, when I went to the office, I actually went to the office for the former company I wroked for!!! I kept wondering why my security card didn't work.... I didn't even think that. That was embarrassing. Finally, I went to the office I was supposed to go to. HK is a great destination for shopping but I cannot do that usually since the schedule is tight (They usually send me here for a day trip). But I am thinking of extending my stay since tomorrow is Saturday anyway :) I hadn't spoken Cantonese for ages but I was able to get my chicken rice today and was able to order wine last night so I guess it's good :) Anyway, this is my favorite Asian destination (Tokyo and Kyoto comes first before that but you already know that). Why on earth are there so many cute guys here??? Anyway, back to work. Wish me luck on my extension to stay here :) Oh, Mark in HK, I left your phone number home and didn't bring it with me. Can you please e-mail me before 9p.m. today if possible? Sorry :-( Anyway, have a wonderful weekend!

I would love to visit Japan and Hong Kong one of these days. Ah well, maybe when I win the lottery! :)

Your hair is like typical japanese salary man's. That's so not you! What the hell happened? But I am glad to be able to see your forehead as it's always hidden :)

How come your eyes are looking up? Is there a big bird flying past? :P
Anyway, hope you had really good dim sum there.

Have a nice day

Oh, no! Kobe didn't even register on your favorite places to visit list...well, if you make it for the Alain Chapel special event in two weeks, I *GUARANTEE* Kobe will be on your list (at least for the eats).

Enjoy HK/Welcome back to Tokyo, whichever the case may be!

Hehe HK is also one of my all-time fave destinations...just after Bangkok really. I love the food and the shopping! The roast goose is heavenly.

Also, very impressed with your cantonese! I can speak it but not very well-- just enough to order food.

Oh, yeah...is it just me, or did you cut your hair? It seems a lot shorter now than it was in your TOEIC ID photo!

Hi Lifebook,

Thanks very much. Yes, it's a nice city to visit. :) Have a wonderful hump day!

Hi TigerYogiji,

Yes, you totally should. I will be your hostess if you visit Tokyo :) Have a wonderful hump day!

Hi Neron,

Well, my hair has gotten longer and these days, I need to put gel in my hair. That's why. Yes, I am revealing my forehead :-( Have a wonderful hump day!

Hi Sgx,

I thought it was interesting to looking up as that's what I always do when I was in Central :) I didn't get to have dim sum :-( But the food was always good! Have a wonderful hump day!

Hi GaijinGirl,

Well, I don't know Kobe much so I just don't know how wonderful your city is :) And I didn't cut my hair. The thing is it's actually longer but I put a lot of gel to set it in :) So if you touch my hair, you will feel how hard it is :) haha. Have a wonderful hump day!

HI Wingedman,

Long time no see :) I see Bangkok is a great city if there is no Tuk-tuk rip off :) HK? hmmm.I couldn't breathe well this time :-( Well, I too can only order things in Cantonese and carry basic stuff so I am not so good at it at all. really. Have a wonderful hump day!
