I guess the staff at the restaurant must young. Most of the servers in Korean restaurants here speak Japanese very well. Actually, most older Koreans are pretty much fluent in Japanese because of the war and stuffs.

What a beautiful building, how criminal that it was burned. That beef on the other hand looks yummy..
