Interesting as usual... cockroach legs, ewww!

Now I want sushi and miso soup though...

TK

Never think of using cockroach leg to describe seaweed.. :)

I am a fan of home cooked meal.

That was very interesting! Thanks for sharing!!! :)

I love hijiki!!! You must be my guy. not his!!! :)

sigh...you just destroyed my appetite for seaweeds with the imagery of cockroach legs..duh...:(

Wow...gyoza from scratch?! I guess with all the tainted frozen gyoza, making them yourself is safer, albeit more time consuming! Otsukaresama deshita!!!!!

Sake in a box? It looks like it's missing a tiny bendy straw to pop into the top of the box. Oh wait, we do have those here. I've had one that you store in the freezer until you get a slushy consistency then cut open box, pour into a glass and enjoy. Speaking of cheese, would it be worth your time and effort to become a Costco member just to enjoy their selection of cheese and other imported goodies. My friend brought home a container of this soft cheese, like brie, from the Tokyo store that was s-o-o good. It tasted like you were eating butter! It's called Saint Andres.

Hi Shigeki! I haven't visited your blog in a long time (my apologies), and boy have I missed a lot! I stock miso soup at home, maybe you'd be glad to know that :)

Shigeki!!!!!

Hi GaijinGirl,

Hi LaneO,

The straw is attached behind the pack. :) There is one Costco in the suburb of Tokyo but it's far! Have a wonderful weekend!
