We have four seasons here and the autumn is on its way. When do you feel the autumn is about to come if you live in the area where autumn is observed? To me, the first sign of autumn is this beer. Autumn limited edition. "Taste of Autumn" is the name of the beer. While my favorite beer is Sapporo, this is made by Kirin. I don't drink beer much because it doesn't get me drunk but does make me full. (A friend recently told me I drink lots but that's not true. I only drink two days a week mostly. But when I drink, I at least finish 1 bottle of wine. but it's because I like it so much. I went out for drinks with another friend last week for wine and we finished two bottles of wine and several by glass. My friend was so tipsy and wasted. He doesn't even remember what he said or did. It's funny that I used to like living alone because you can do whatever you want without any complains. That is why I lived alone until "A" moved back in with me again. Now, he is back home in the Netherlands on his vacation from today. He asked me whether I wanted to come with him (No, for the record, we don't "come" together when we are at it but that's not what I am referring to.:p) but I couldn't take another vacation since I had one last month. When I came home today, it was dark inside and I remembered I didnt have to cook tongiht:) I think being single isn't bad, and I am not one of those who say "Being in a relationship completes me" bullshit. Anyway, when I went into my study, I saw the envelope on the desk. That was a hand written letter from A. "Don't forget water the plants" "Don't drink til morning at the bar", "Be a good boy" with his itinerary. I thought that was sweet. At the same time, I thought it was too primitive. :-) E-mail is more 21st century:-) But that primitive letter made me realize I should write "Summer Greeting postcards" to several friends as we do this as a summer custom. Even in the 21st century, handwriting has something e-mail/computer text doesn't have. warmth if I put it in a freaky way. Anyway, summer greetings from Tokyo, Japan!! Today is the anniversary of Japan's World War II surrender and I am going to the special mass today in the afternoon after work. I pray for one thing. Peace! Happy Weekend!
Have a fantabulous weekend!!!

It's really steamy and hot in Tokyo and it's common among us, Japanese, to talk about something scary during the summer to "chill". I thought I'd share something I recently experienced. As mentioned, I am "sensitive" in that area. A (My boyfriend) and I went on a weekend trip last weekend. Just one night stay in this mountain area. It was a pricy sophisticated Japanese hotel. However, I felt something uncomfy when we entered the room. I tried not to mention it to A since he would freak out. Usually, when I feel "something" uncomfortable in the hotel room, I usually ask a front clerk to change the room because my sense is accurate but who could give up this beautiful view and the bath like this? So I didn't do anything and try not to care. I sensed there was someone present. After dinner and tons of drinks and mind numbing "snuggling" with A(heh), I passed out. However, I sensed another person present in our room in the middle of the night. I wasn't scared but was annoyed by that presense. So I pulled my bed sheet over my head and not to care. After awhile, I felt his body weight on me and heavy breathing very close to my ear. I knew it wasn't A because I could hear his slight breathing from a different spot where he was supposed to be and A is a skinny guy so he shouldn't be that heavy.
