I didn't know you like blue cheese. We have one made here in The Maritimes(eastern canada) that is to die for. Ahhhh, Dragons Breath Blue !!
Delicate I say, a bit spicy: a real pleasant nose.
Slightly milky, it lingers pleasantly. Pass the wine! Some more? :-)

White asparagus with parmesan and white truffle oil. OMFG, that is not being snobby, that is just a man with excellent taste!!
The wine sounds delicious.
BTW We are not a bunch of country bumpkins Shigeki and you are not being sbobby at all. You are a man that is educated, well read, has travelled extensively and knows good from bad!

Oh yeah, I like blue cheese. I always fix risotto with rockfall (French blue cheese). It's so good :) I should try Dragons Breath Blue! Though I am not sure if I can find it here or back in Tokyo. I will see. Thanks. Well, when people talk about wine and food so much, others tell it's snobby and I find it the same sometimes so I thought I'd apologize beforehand :) But thanks for your support!
