I didn't know you like blue cheese. We have one made here in The Maritimes(eastern canada) that is to die for. Ahhhh, Dragons Breath Blue !!

Oh yeah, I like blue cheese. I always fix risotto with rockfall (French blue cheese). It's so good :) I should try Dragons Breath Blue! Though I am not sure if I can find it here or back in Tokyo.
