Spring(?) Greetings from Tokyo, Japan!

Officially, today is the last day of winter according to the calendar. But it's been snowing here in Tokyo today. It's cold. I've been away from blogging due to a mild storke I got, and I was brought to the hospital, a funeral to attend, another preliminary stage of asthma to develop and blah blah blah. But they are all depressing so I will spare you the details. Anyway, I hope I can blog regularly. I hope you are doing well! Spring(?) greetings from Tokyo, Japan!

Not boring, concerning. Do hope all is well!

Hope you have a speedy recover.

Maybe you should start looking into your diet.. err.. reduce the alcohol consumption. ;)

A mild stroke??!!!

That's hardly something boring!!

You take care of yourself, and I hope that you're feeling better soon!!

Taihen desu ne!!!!!! I think your body is sending you warning signals to slow down and not work so hard!!!!! Take care!

Yikes! Yes, Shigeki please take good care of yourself. Your blog-reading friends are worried about you! On a happier note, very pretty picture!

A stroke? Are you feeling better? Have you made a full recovery?

I am sending you all my positive energy. Get better soon!

Like what I wrote in my email, hope you're doing well. Take care of yourself, okay?

Shigeki,

Speedy recovery and take good care of yourself.

Hope you feel better soon!

omg! a stroke! that not a boring thing! its a serious thing!

please take care of yourself and recover fast.

happy spring day.

Hi. I agree with some other posters that it's time to slow down and watch the alcohol consumption. It must have been a very stressful and unpleasant past few weeks, so I hope you can just take things slowly. hugs from NY!

mild stroke!! what!! get well soon, shigeki!!

i'm surprised that it's the last day of winter there in japan. here in canada, winter is just getting into full swing. it's around this time of year that we get the worst snow storms, in fact.

shigeki!

i'm so sorry to hear of your stroke...i hope you're feeling better...that must have been very scary for you. :\

i received my xmas package -- thank you!

PLEASE take care of yourself!

Serge

Hi Shigeki, I am one of those quiet fans reading your blog from Singapore. Hope you are fine from your mild stroke.

Anyway, I was at work today and one of my directors asked me to find out about popular print magazines, newspapers in Japan and the first person that came to my mind that could help me was YOU. Well basically I'm looking mostly at travel, lifestyle, wedding, honeymooners, couple sort of magazines as welll as newspapers and weekend newspapers and maybe even some really popular women and men magazines that Japanese people are known to frequently read or suscribe to. I have a list of publications with me now and if you want i can send you the file via email (could you pass me your email address?).

I guess you can use that list to highlight some of the top magazines in each category.

Well let me know if you can help and i would appreciate it very much. Thanks and get well soon!

Leon,

If you really wish him get well soon, I wouldn't ask a favor like that. He has gone through a lot!!!!!!! His loved one passed away. He had a stroke...

Let me introduce Google to you. If you haven't heard of it, this is a web page to let you search what you want to research on. http://www.google.com :-P

Neron,

I think you were rather sarcastic in your reply and I it was totally uncalled for. I mean come on...I was not born yesterday honey! If you bothered to read my post thoroughly (which clearly u did not), I wrote at the final line "Let me know if you can help..." ....I did not demand or insist he gave me the information, it was jsut a gentle request. I would still be that quiet fan if he didn't reply or help, it's not his duty to placate me, i just enjoy reading his blog. I would help anyone if it was within my means if he/she did the same thing on my blog.

Anyway it's ok Shigeki, I really hope you get well soon! Take care and my prayers are with you :)

You stopped blogging. Good boy! The world is a better place now.

shigeki, where are you? things okay?

shigeki, hope you have full recover and take good care of yourself.

Chai,

Why don't you make Shigeki's blog a better place by not visiting and not leaving your snide comments? Maybe you just envy the fact that he has many loyal readers who care about him. If you ask nicely, maybe he'll share his formula for success with you.

Glad to see ya back :)

And spring's here again! My boyfriend in Beijing's gonna be so glad.
