Are you ready?

I reminded the first few applicants who hadn't but there seem to be more who haven't read the rule #3 carefully. There are 10 people who applied but not yet have followed the Rule #3. For those who haven't done that, you will be disqualified!! I am sorry to make it so strict but this is the rule. For those who haven't, please take a moment to do that. Thanks. My company's stores have changed to the holiday season decoration the day before yesterday. This web site will change to the holiday version soon. However, I thought I'd give you the heads-up for something I have never done on this blog. Why am I super generous? Well, I feel like it. While the number of the comments I got most was 28, I gave wiggle room for 12 people who have never commented or those who passed by.
The link will be inactive once the 40th applicant submitted the form. You have a fantabulous day!

that teaches me to read the instructions in its entirety before i do anything! ;)

you still need to get a livejournal account so i can friend you!

I almost didn't read the instructions entirely, either. :P Yay!

Don't send anything shitty like the one you sent me. NO MORE MUJI Sea Urchin Pasta Sauce!!! PLEASE.

Me too.. ha ha.. Anyway, this going to be fun.. First time someone send me x'mas present from Tokyo, Japan.

Am I the lucky 4th? :)

i didn't know what's going on here at first. so i read again in detail, then thought, do i deserve this even if i comment so rarely?haha. i just want to show that i check here everyday..if you don't mind,i'm applying, too*(i know i'm so cheeky..haha)

Hmmm how much does a used fundoshi cost? hopefully less than 1,250¥

:)

This is a great idea, Shigeki-kun. Does the donation I have been planning to make to the Washington Animal Rescue League (WARL) for about 2 weeks now, but still haven't, count for #5 ... or do I need to do something else, too? Hmm ...

*smooches*

This is so exciting! I will be making a donation to my local MSPCA so that the shelter animals will have a happier holiday too! :)

You're so generous! The holidays are definitely here. Here in NYC, the holiday markets are already up and running.

Ooooooh. I will totally play. Except what if we want to send something in return?

Hi Shigeki! Aren't you sweet! Well, I give almost every year to the Ocean Conservancy and the Defenders of Wildlife (both are considered pretty efficient) so I will give them and the Sea turtle restoration project some money (notice I only give to animal causes, why is that?). And I recycle as much as I can. And I will try to use less energy... except for my computer.

Thanks!

TK

Can you somehow ship yourself to me with 1250 YEN so that I don't have to be single. Neither do you.

Pathetic!! Yo're doing this to get more attention.

chai. what kind of pathetic a-hole are you? mistaken holiday generosity for attention grabbing? you shouldn't even reading this blog then. You go get a life!

Shigeki, thanks for the lovely thoughts, it would be lovely to receive anything from you, even if its MUJI Sea Urchin Pasta Sauce. ha~

Shigeki,

That is cool...but I will pass up on the offer. Will do gift exchange when I visit Tokyo next year, aye? heheh...
Anyway, it is a timely reminder to donate some $$ to a good cause. Hmm..what's that MUJI Sea Urchin pasta sauce...google google.. :P

I'll take anyone's unwanted Sea Urchin pasta sauce!!!! (^_^)v I'm so happy I got to hand deliver something for you to wear on your next trip, S-chama! Domo taihen osewa ni narimashita. G-O-C-H-I-S-O-U-S-A-M-A deshita! I can't wait to have the chocolat parfait!!!!!! And I can't wait to return your hospitality when I get settled in Kobe! I will definitely go to the Thai temple in L.A. to make some donations and say some prayers. PS Granny says thank you!

What a lovely thing to do!!
I don't know why you post comments from chai? You are a true gentleman to do so.

I always give to the homeless this time of year, especially the youth. I also try and find a soup kitchen to help out with on Christmas day.

I also love surprises!! Anything....... that comes in the mail puts a smile on my face.
[packages, not bills] haha!

Love Maggie

Yay! Christmas comes early this year!

it's really sweet of you to do something like this, we all should be a little more giving this holiday. Happy holidays and ganbatte!!

My b/f has been getting ready for the holidays also. Quite frankly, I am scared. He LOVES Christmas and I am not sure what he has planned or how over-the-top his decorations will be. I expect to come home and have the whole house decoreated in red and green.

I will make a donation to the local gay and lesbian center. They are always in need and their food pantry needs to be stocked for the holidays.

Shigeki, hi.

What a simply lovely idea.

steve
PS -- can one buy red (wth white fur trim) panties for 1250 Yen? :)

Great Idea! I always give to our local food pantry this time of year.

Make sure your return address is there on the package, Shigeki. It's time that I give you something, too, for all the fun times I've had reading your blog and knowing you (not to mention encouraging your crush on Dominic Monaghan with those titillating pictures of him, hahaha!)

CLASS?
what is rule number 3?

haha

What if I have been reading your blog for a long time after #that#? I have. I hope you are doing well. Mail me sometime. Friendly wine talk? I know you'd like that.

I'm here Shigeki......hopefully I'm still qualified to get this present. Thanks

Did I make it? Teehee

I hope I made the cut--will you ship to Germany?

Yay for the holidays!

Shigeki- the new job sounds great. soon you are going to be quite the fashion maven :-) -Gregg

steve: it was not written that u have to comment where/what u donated.

Shigeki:

I always enjoyed your posting. I check it almost everyday. You have a great holiday season as well.

Robert

I am retarded... .please include me.

Was one supposed to state one's thoughts on holiday giving (re: rule 5)?

Me, I buy a goat or two, or three, from an organization called Heifer International at heifer.org Or sometimes ducks. Honey Bees are quite inexpensive.

steve

Now that you're back Gaijin Girl is back, too. I miss reading her comments.

Hola, LaneO! That must be a first (being told that my comments are missed on another blogger's blog)! I've missed Shigeki & his blog crowd, too! Now that I'm due to move back to Japan, hopefully this means more regular blog habits (both posting and reading). There's something about "home" that makes blogging more a chore than a joy, but I think sharing observations about Japan brings more interesting content on my own blog.

In any case, thanks (^_^) You made my day! MUWAH! I'll buy you a drink at a lovely spot (the sky bar of my future employer's hotel) if you come visit in Kobe, or head to Tokyo so we can both spend time with the supermagnificent Shigeki!

Much aloha, Gaijin Girl

I'm a late commenter... I apologise for not commenting earlier :)

Hi Shigeki!

I have been reading your blog for over a year. Your tour of "Monkdom" was a phenominal adventure. So few really want to know that much about themselves.

I hae read as far aback as your history allows, and look forward to continuing learning of your life and adventures.

All the best from Canada,
-Bruce

love your writings, and have a wonderful christmas!

Wow almost missed this...do you maybe have the equivalent of a PO Box so I may send you something of the same value?

Just wondering...

Serge
