I am blogging from the airport. I just went through the immigration. Another one and a half hour travel back to the city. How fun... OH MY GOODNESS! It's freaking humid already here in Tokyo. But I guess it's good for my skin after spending some time in dry Europe with hard water :-) But it's not as hot as I thought it would be. I am sure it will be super hot later in July or August :-)

I really need to visit Amsterdam. :-) Thouse urinals are better Shigeki, but still a little too open unless after a couple drinks. You know how most are in the US, with dividers and everything.

I haven't been to Amsterdam in about 4 years, but it is a fub place. Small, but I love the artiness to it- there are lots of little quirky things if you look carefully. You flew KLM, huh? I once asked a Dutch person what KLM was in Dutch (I knew it meant Royal Dutch Airlines), but didn't know the words for it, and the response seemed to be 1000 letters long! I was like, 'Could you say that again??!!'
And the flight from NY to Tokyo isn't THAT much longer than Amsterdam to Tokyo :-p

I just started reading last Friday I think, so you have one new reader. It looks to me like you had a very well balanced trip.
I guess they weren't kidding when they said Amsterdam is liberal! You know, I always thought the potato/rice queen dynamic was a little odd myself...funny you should bring it up. Maybe it's because the not so "queeny" potato queens go to regular clubs, and since that's where the NSQ potato queens are, all the NSQ rice queens go too?!?!??!? I don't know...I'm 24 (not a rice queen, but i am an "articulate writing" queen so I suppose thats why I'm reading). lol.
How come there are no photos of you in any of your trips?

Yes, I always fly KLM :-) Koninklijke Luchtvaart Maatschappij :-) I used to spell this a lot to remember during the training :-) Well, I once flew direct from Newark to Tokyo and it was like 14 hours! that was pretty long!!! 10 hours is much shorter :-) You have a wonderful weekend and have a safe flight to Tokyo!
