If you give me the co-ordinates for the photo, I might just able to locate you but but.. the photo is so so small :(. Raw crabs....interesting. In Singapore we have a popular dish called 'Drunken prawns' where the raw prawns are soaked in cooking wine for half hrs and hot gravy/spices and poured and simmer. Haven't tried it though.
