Brrrrr! It's FREEZING here but I love coldness actually :-) Too bad that I didn't finish the scarf before I got here but I didn't feel like knitting in Hawaii, you know. Anyway, have a fantabulous week!!
My favorite city in the US.

Ow! Sorry about your finger! But aren't you mister cool athletic dude with your snowboarding 360's! I'm sure I would be a total spazz and spend most of the time on my ass. I have never been to Seattle but would like to visit one of these days.
Go easy on the painkillers!
TK
I hope you talked to the insurance company before you took a painkiller. :-)
Enjoy the rest of your holiday. Did they put your finger in a splint?
Hope you aren't in too much pain! Feel better soon!
I know what you mean about our meds being stronger than Japanese ones. My friend in Tokyo, who used to live here always asks me to bring American allergy medicine, like Benadryl or Sudafed when I coome to visit. She has seasonal allergies, and she says the Japanese ones are too weak.
Anyway, have a good time in Seattle, hope you aren't too tired when you come back home
Sorry to hear about your pinkie, but, I'm glad that you had a wonderful time! :)
Sorry to hear about the injury too Shgeki. Although calling it your 'pinky' doesn't make you sound butch at all.
and Fashmagslag, funny about the allergy meds... I have friends who want me to bring them down from Canada because we have something up here they don't have, but HK and UK have paracetemol, and of course we have Carmex and Lypsyl, (of course Canada has good cold-weather lip stuff - it does make sense.)
It is kinda weird the things that each country becomes known for.
USA: Allergy Meds & painkillers (for Japanese)
Canada: Lip Balm & Allergy Meds
UK: Paracetemol (kicks Tylenol's ass) and cold medicine
Japan: ??
it sounds like you had a great trip.
Hi TK,
Yeah, it's really painful but I guess I deserve it. I guess I am not going to do any more 360s unless I get a proper lesson from an instructor. I didn't do it right for the third time :-( I was scared!! So that makes me not a cool athletic dude :-( hahaha. You ahve a fantabulous day!
HI Maggie,
I talked to the insurance company after the painkiller actually but I think I was able to get the money wired alright :-) My pinky now looks like a robocop's pinky. Does that answer you a question? :-) You have a fantaublous day!
HI Fashmagslag,
SInce I don't have a lot of allergies, I haven't tried your meds there. :-) But I can totally believe they are much stronger. Because when I was having a bad sore throat in college, they gave me morphine which would never happen in Japan! :-) You have a fantabulous day!
Hi TigerYOgi,
Yeah, I guess I shouldn't do anything further than I could handle. :-( You have a fantabulous day!
Hi Mark,
Well, who thinks I am butch? I am not :-) So I call it pinky :-) How do you know so much about meds? ;-) I have no idea what Japan is good at but they have a lot of strong dermatology meds here. :-) You have a fantabulous Tuesday!
