Boring slides (Since I didn't do much yesterday)

It occurred to me after creating this mind-numbing boring slides (I am sorry I didn't take photos and all I did yesterday after arriving at the hotel was sleep.), I realized I didn't mention the name of the city... My body clock has been adjusted and I am going out for lunch with this person (no, he is so straight. Thank you very much. it's more like a business thingy?) I will upload some more with a little more interesting (but still non-exciting) photos!Have a fantabulous FIRST weekend of year 2007!

We should see more of that smile, then, Shigeki. :-) Good to know that now you can truly relax on your vacay. That is one regal bed, by the way. :-) Have fun!

I'm glad you're enjoying your vacation!

P.S. Did I miss it again? What city are you in?

You must have one heck of a smile. :-)

Seriously, I find that a nice smile can go a long way. When speaking with someone who can have so many miserable people to deal with all day, a smile and friendly attitude can get you "upgraded to a suite", or an immigration officer saying "konnichiwa", saving you a lot of time .

Use your smile wisely, it sounds like it is worth a fortune. :-)

What a charmer you are! Getting free upgrades. ;-)

I would have loved to see the look on the flight attendant's face when you had six glasses of champagne! Hah!

So where are you indeed? New York? Hope you have a very relaxing vacation.

TK

I do wonder what city you in. Are you in New York? If you are would you like a tour guide? LOL, Have fun. Seriously, though, if you are in New York, and want someone to hang out, let me know. Take care.

Hope you are having a good time. Personally, I kind of like Detroit. It's gritty and fun. I guess I'm weird.

And *woot* I have internet at home so I can read/comment on your blog again. YAY!

Hey, if you are in NYC, you'd better email me!! :-)

As much of the traveling you do, you should know the decline in service and amenities given to passengers nowadays. My friend is a flight attendant for NWA so I kind of hear the scoops. While the upper management give themselves bonuses and lavish vacations, they scale back employee pay and benefits which amount to a 25% cut. And the president allegedly sent a memo to some employees on how to save money including "dumpster diving". Still, that is no reason to not smile at you. But then you live in a country where giving excellent service is something to proud of.

Luckily when I see Japanese tourists around, I start of with "May I take a picture for you" or "Is this your first time here" or "The frozen natto sold here, is it nice compared to the ones at Kawachi?". Of course all in Japanese. So, is this still considered "lame" to you? LOL

HI Mark,

hahaha. Well, my smile isn't as super fantabulous as this cute guy I saw last night. I think I am realxing but there is the part I was not realxing during this trip. I will post it tomorrow! YOu have a fantabulous week!

HI TigerYogi,

Thank you very much. Well, you didn't miss it as I didn't mention it but the answer is there on my today's post! you have a fantabulous week!

Hi Maggie,

Well, I doubt that I have a nice smile. It's just a usual friendly one. I guess when I was reallly in a bad mood, I would have said something shitty to those people (except for immigration officers as they have the power to deport me). But since I was happy, I didn't. :-) You have a fantabulous week!

Hi TK,

hahaha. Well, It doesn't happen to me a lot so don't worry about it. I was just lucky and the hotel was pretty much empty from what I see. :-) That flight attendant was like "what? Are you gonna make me pop another bottle?". :-) I am in the middle of your country :-) You have a fantabulous week!

Hi Rebelguy38,

Unfortunately, it's not NYC. Well, I haven't been to NYC for awhile so I'd love to visit there again. When I do, I shall let you know :-) I hear it's super warm in NYC right now. It's warm here, too though. :-) But I'd love to visit NYC in summer :-) I know I am weird. You have a fantabulous week!

HI Envirobi/vuboq,

Long time no see. I am having a good time... I guess.... I've never been to the city so I don't know but I hear it's scary. :-) That's kewl you have an interenet connection at your home! You have a fantabulous week!

Hi Fashmagslag,

Yes, I know. I'd piss you off if I didn't when I was there, right? I will remember :-) But don't take me to any Japanese place though :-) You have a fantabulous week!

Hi LaneO,

Compared to Japanese airlines, their services are pretty dry and I don't reallly expect anything really good. But they should at least say hi back to me, you know? I am sorry about your friend's company is doing a lot of severe financial saving thingy. I hope it will pick up. :-) They don't have to smile if they are unhappy but they should at least stop chatting with colleagues when passengers come in and say hi. That's all :-) You have a fantabulous week!

Hi Envy,

Konnichiwa! If you do take care of me like that, that would be fantastic. I always go for champagne. :-) That xmas song? um... forget it please :-) I hope you got enough sleep though! Don't be too exhausted! You have a fantabulous week!

Hi Hafiz Hector

Oh no, I hope you didn't take my saying the wrong way. I thought it was very lame to greet you in Japanese with a very strong accent. Sometime, they try that on you to impress you. That's what I thought it was lame. By the way, what's Kawachi? Frozen Natto? I've never had it before... huh.. You have a fantabulous week.

Sorry to say, but are you sure you are Japanese? LOL! Kawachi is your local drugstore cum grocery store. Although I stayed in a very countryside area, I've seen them in Tokyo. Natto? Don't tell me you don't know what natto is. Just that when they "export" it, they have to freeze it, still in its original package though....
