Yay!

I am finally back in Tokyo. God, this was the busiest and the most brutal business trip I have ever made. I don't miss blogging for two days in a row usually but I did.... darn. I have another biz trip coming up pretty soon but I hope I will be able to blog as usual. I am going to slut myself up and have fun tonight. Yay. You have a fantabulous weekend!

Welcome back Shigeki-san!

I was starting to get worried!! I thought that maybe you were stuck in some of the flooded areas!

Enjoy your weekend!!!

ah, you were busy with work. and here I thought it was something else...

YAY!! You're back! I missed your posts!

I'm so jealous that you can get sushi and take it with you on an airplane. I'd love to be able to do that, but rarely can you find sushi at ANY airports in the US.

Sighs....I need to visit Japan.

I make J brekafast sometimes, but the only kind of breakfast fish in the small Japanese markets here is shio saba... I don't know if this makes me mean, but I like to force people to eat natto and then laugh if they find it really repulsive. I kind of like it now, but I hated it when I was a kid. Do you also eat the raw egg? And furikake? Mmm, oishi so.

Anyway, like I said a long time ago, Pocari Sweat has MSG in it. Isn't that weird? I mean, it's fine if something like curry rice has MSG in it, but a sports drink? I just drink Aquarius if I feel dehydrated in Japan, but now I'm sure that has MSG in it, too...

anyway, have a safe time while you are being slutty ;-)

I think I shall rush out and et some Pocari Sweat!

Paul

My breakfast is limited to a bagel with butter and drip coffee from Tully's. That is sufficient for the day until lunch. To be honest, I have not had a Japanese breakfast before...maybe I should try one before I leave Tokyo at the end of the year!!

I have flown on ANA to Shanghai on business and they are not bad. Comparable to Singapore Airlines - my so called favourite airline!

What?? slut yourself? Did i hear that right??? ;-) have fun anyway!! :-)

Glad you are back Shigeki! Have fun slutting yourself up! ;-)

I've been waiting by my telephone since you said you were going to go slut yourself up... I guess you meant with someone else but me...

Shigeki- it sounds like you had a really great trip. Glad to hear you made it safe and sound back to Tokyo. Was that 747 in your picture the one you traveled on from Sappora to Tokyo? I am surprised to see such a big plane for such a short flight. Here, all the airlines are flying 737s and A320s for domestic flights. I haven't been on a large plane since my flight last December to Lisbon.Even then the plane was only a 767. -Gregg

Hi Hanuman1960,

Thank you very much. Well, I tend to blog every day during the week but then, there are times I cannot blog... It only happens every other month or so. :-) If you don't see me blogging for more than a week, it might mean I am dead. :-) Tokyo is not flooded fortunately. I am sorry for those who are in the flooded sverely rained area though... You have a fantabulous week!

Hi Tiptup,

yup, I've been busy pretty much but I am doing alright. :-) Thnaks. You have a fantabulous week!

Hi JaSoN,

Yay, thanks. :-) My posts are non-exciting as always though. :-) I've seen Sushi at Seattle Airport so some U.S. airports have them. :-) Not a lot, unfortunately. Since I live here in the country of Sushi, I can get any airport I think :-) Japan is an interesting country even for me. :-) You have a fantabulous week!

Hi Fashmagslag,

Ever since I studied Microbiology in college, I haven't had any raw egg at all. I mean I could technically eat it without ew-ing but I don't wanna :-) When I eat "Saba"(mackerel) or "Ika" (Squid) sushi, I tend to be very careful if there are any parasites which I picked up in Microbiology, too. :-) You have a fantabulous week!

Hi Paul,

I am sure you have better things to consume. :-) You have a fantabulous week!

HI Ian,

Is that all you have for breakfast? Wow. I cannot function without a big breakfast meal. I would die from hunger. :-) Yeah, just one Japanese breakfast in your life wouldn't hurt. :-) I don't get any hopes up for airline services actually. So there is no favorite airline for me. I did have fun last weekend before I got paged by work... grrr. You have a fantabulous week!

Hi TK,

Thank you very much though I don't think I have time to unpack...agghhhh. I did slut myself up and had fun alright. :-) You have a fantabulous week!

Hi Steve,

I didn't plan to go to Toronto just for the weekend. :-) hahaha. But thanks for waiting. :-) You have a fantabulous week!

Hi Gregg,

It was a tiring trip actually. I am still recovering from the exhaustion... :-) Yes, it was a 747. For the flights from/to Sapporo, it's either 747 or 777. No 767. :-) That's strange, eh? And it departs every hour from 6a.m. to 9p.m. I think people here travel too much. There are so many wide aircrafts used for domestic services here in Japan oddly. :-) You have a fantabulous week!
