Nice drawing tho...I would love to have abs! Remember I vowed to have them before Christmas? Well that looks like it's not going to happen...unless I starve from now until Xmas day!

For once Mezamashi TV's horoscope was right (Pisces was the sign with the best luck today)...a friend from L.A. invited me to Hong Kong while he is there to visit relatives (maybe around the first week of January)! I CAN'T wait! And it looks like I will be in Thailand from Jan. 28-Feb. 14 (happy early birthday to me...) Nothing like travel to get you out of the dumps!!!!! When are you going to Iziba and Gran Canary? After your 6-month challenge period is over?

As for your abs...wishing won't make it so (take it from Anpan Woman). A few crunches every day will get you started. If you have a good soundtrack to crunch to, you will get used to the routine and maybe even look forward to it. GAMBATTE!!!!! You can do it, Shigeki-chama!

Sit-ups are probably my favorite exercise (not that I do them, but I like doing them when I do). I loved the sit-up machine at the gym (when I went to the gym).

You can do it! Maybe you should get T.Kevin to send you a video of his Abs Class :-)

Thank you for the link. I like the drawing. I think I need to be exercising my creativity and working on my abs, too. But I'm so difficult to motivate!

Gran Canaria! Oh I so want to go, too! As you said in one comment you left at my blog, "It's a gay getaway for Europeans just like Ibiza but it's always summer there. But I don't have any plan yet... Huh..."

So it seems now you do have a plan! Only after more than 2 months since you posted that comment. I'm excited for you! Abs or not, I'm sure you'll look as fantabulous as ever! Good luck on the workout; something which I am too lazy to do. Feh! :-)

Ibiza or Gran Canary? I am jealous!! If you are going to one of these places you will definetly need to start working out, you want to make all of the boys turn their heads as you pass by.
I was suppose to be "fit" by my birthday in October but it didn't happen. I got lazy and instead I gained a few exra lbs. Now I have commited myself to loosing weight and looking fantabulous by the time I take my summer vacation. I am going to need A LOT of motivation.

That's great that you get to do a lot of travel. It's such a luxurious thing to do when it's freezing here in Japan. I am not sure when I will be going there but it should be either July or August next year. :-) Yes, after the 6 month period is over. I will try to see how far I can go but no pressure.
