Anywhere within Yamanote Line circle will be virtually internet accessible via Wireless LAN. The Yamanote Line is a circular commuting train line which connects Tokyo's major city centers. A trip around the whole circle takes approximately one hour. Considering you have to pay about $5 for one WiFi session at the airport, this is a damn good deal. If you live in Tokyo or plan to move to Tokyo, don't sign up an ISP service yet. You might be able to get WiFi signals for this service. It will be cheaper and more convenient. If you are a visitor and have a laptop, this would be good, too.
