It was too late when I recognized that I didn't have a nicotine patch on. No wonder I was grumpy. I was at a cafe and talking with a friend over early breakfast. I could get a pack of fags right away as they sold inside the cafe but I was certain my friend would give me the bad look. Then, this weird urge hit me. "I want to listen to
"Joyride" by Roxette." (you can get sample streaming here) ... It's very old but I like this music. It's all about my high school years. (God, it tells you how old I am now) I remember I tried to remember every single piece of their lyrics before going to a concert. Roxette was so happening in 1991-1992 in Japan. I picked up the CD right away after leaving a friend of mine at cafe and went back home directly. I imported it to my iPod and I wanted to go "Joyride". So I picked up a friend at cafe and drove a little bit around by listening to them. Anyway, I am now happy without smoking fags. It was a joyride alright. This is the photo I took last year in Stockholm. It was one of the most beautiful cities I have ever been to. It was a fun visit. You know I put it here because Roxette is from Sweden. I was almost moving there to Stockholm this summer. Oh well, I hope my choice won't be wrong and will be better though I truly would love living there for a year or two. But I shall do that in my next life if there is any.
Looks like St. Clare's Church? What would you have done here in Stockholm?
Was it St. Clara? I don't remember the exact name but this is the one just close to Central Station. I would have been a grad student there. Maybe, some other time. :-)

I just want you to know how much I love your writing and posts. It's fascinating to me to read about your life in Japan, and your pictures are so beautiful and interesting. I am sorry if I wrote something bad about drivers in Vancouver here on this web site earlier this month. No offence. I didn't generalize it. Just wrote some observations. :-) I live in Tokyo so my life about Japan may not be as interesting as someone who lives in other parts of Japan.
