I didn't plan to go Cold Turkey today... But I forgot putting a nicotine patch on me this morning. I thought it would be fine without a patch. I am so wrong... I had to talk to one of nerdy people over the phone and I was irritated by every single second during the call. I could kill the guy if I was ever allowed to do so... So I went home and got some patches. Now, I have less urge to kill people. I don't know people around me could go cold turkey. I can't... What's up with that???
